Novara is a service of TriSage Method ("TriSage," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the assessment process, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors to this site and to women who begin a Novara assessment.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you begin your assessment or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, shipping address, and the symptom and health-history answers you share in the health assessment.

Health information. Your assessment answers and any information you share with our physicians are sensitive health information. They are collected to determine whether Novara is appropriate for you and, if so, to prepare your personalized prescription.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

Technical information. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location, which helps us keep the site working and understand how it is used.

How we use your information

  • To review your assessment and determine whether Novara is right for you
  • To have a licensed physician prepare and renew your prescription, if appropriate
  • To have our partner pharmacy compound and ship your medication
  • To provide ongoing support from your care team
  • To process payments and manage your plan, including cancellations
  • To respond to your questions and improve our website and services

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health information for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with the people who need it to care for you: the licensed physicians who review your assessment, our partner pharmacy that compounds and dispenses Novara, our payment processor, and shipping carriers. Each of these parties is bound to use your information only to provide their service to you.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the safety of our patients and team.

How we protect it

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of information in transit and at rest and access controls that limit who on our team can view your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we review and update our protections regularly.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the record-keeping we are required to keep for prescriptions and clinical care. If you signed up for emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
